LOL! A beer and rubber gloves-what more could a guy want, hahahaha.
<font size="4" face="Arial">Somebody other than myself to wear the rubber glove? I would wear it myself, but then people would start to talk. Who wants talk when you have beer and rubber gloves though? I could also go for a table or something to set my beer on. But then if I was given somebody else to wear the rubber glove, then they could also hold my beer. But then they would be standing there with my beer and my rubber glove, and what point would there be in my even being there?Quote:

So I guess I will be leaving now.
Are you on a downer today Carl?
How about a 3' dwarf with a flat head to stand your beer on?
<font size="4" face="Arial">No, I'm at work and I have NOTHING to do here. Heck, it's 9:30 in the morning and we are talking about going and getting a few growlers of beer and getting ripped. Kidding, of course, but it is dull and slow here today.Quote:

The dwarf would work nice, as long as the bastard doesn't drink my beer.
I saw this thread while the sesh im in goes into a long debate about arrangements, so im gonna push it in quik, shoot my bolt and do one. Carl i read your shit man and think you Rock, however be real careful what you say about Dwarfs, as they are indeed a few verically challenged people around here .. (no names eh Spicey !!!) LMFHO .. Oh shit i'm in trouble now, and Lenniiii , bin reading your too about your thoughts on Parenting, and you DA-MAN ! Love you all .. now where did i put me Thunderbird?
Laterzzzzzz
BTW .. Spicey babe .. Wheres my Phone call off Electra-Kill?
Oh, I love short people. One of my fave past posters is a short guy himself, Dezi.
I am trying to think of something whimsical to say about short people, other than the old stuff such as "I love short people, I have a few around the house as end tables" and stuff of the sort, but nothing it coming to mind. I must be short on funny stuff today.
Oh...was that a funny comment?
No?
Ach, I'll try again later. I'm bored here at work, so maybe I will go around asking for short people jokes. Oh...wait...there is only one other person besides myself, and he just wants beer.
Oh, I also forgot about our resident midget, Sinmin!!! Sorry Sin...
I read your thread Carl and it was impassioned and heartfelt. Booze is the worst monster of all, simply becuase it is socially acceptable.
As was mentioned earlier, Pot heads and smackheads are not inclined to start beating people up and I bet the U.S welfare & Medical system spends ten times more on treating alcohol and domestic violence related problems than smack or coke related.

But let's not undermind (is that the right word?) the evil that is smack. If you do smack, the drug will kill you. There is no such thing as a social heroin user. They always becomes addicts. There is such a thing as a Social Drinker though, and they won't always become an addict.
Seriously, the only drug that should be legalized is pot, IMO. Prescribed Heroin maybe, in helping to kill and/or control the addiction, but no more than that.
I never want to see another curry pie again as long as I live. A good night turned shit for me that was. Was ill for a week on that crap.
Speaking of which - where's my copy of the
video, you swine. I wanna DVD it and chop it
up into chapters with fancy-pants graphics
and re-EQ'ed audio, etc.
Something to watch when you see me over Xmas,
innit.

Smack is a nasty drug and a very controlling one too. However, it is important to remember that most people do not get into hard drugs with a view to screwing up their lives and emptying their bank account.
Marcus's comment about excuses is just the kind of ill educated comment you get from someone who has never used drugs.
I have a friend in London. He is educated, funny , and exeptionally charismatic company. He is also a school teacher. He spent several years as a bad user. The reason he started to use drugs? Becuase coming home from the pub one night he got jumped by a couple of West Indians and raped in a parking lot. Imagine the mental fall out from something like that. He became so introverted and screwed up his marraige fell apart too. Double Whammy.
Don't tell me there are not valid excuses for falling into drug use becuase there are plenty of reasons people seek solace or escape.
For god sake, some people get apoplectic being near water .Some people cannot physically get on an aeroplane without a sedative. Are they weak or are they seriously frightened and in need of something to get them threw it. Just beause you and I can fly without a problem doesnt make us any better people. It might seem stupid to you or me but peoples fears, phobias, and weaknesses are very real to them. Sometimes a matter of life and death.
People get into drugs for many reasons and those reasons can feel very valid at the time. Who the fuck are we to say they are not? Just beacuase we cannot understand someones reasons does not make those reasons any less valid.
Oh yeah, my teacher mate was voted UK school teacher of the year last year. What a come back!

And you know what, I've never used and I'm very proud of it.
Look, I don't know how you can say that someone doesn't know, because they've never used???...what a crock of shit.
Dude, I've had friends high-bent on drugs...I've seen uncles and cousin on this crap...and I don't have to take drugs to know what it can do. So there ruins your theory.
So, on that note...my fingers are now taped together for this topic.
Hey Marcus, I am not for one second saying you do not have a perspective or an insight. However, from what you have posted, that insight is that of a viewer. That of someone seeing a friend or relative messed up. It is always from the view point of the person looking through the window at the guy sat in the chair and never from the view point of the guy in the chair looking back.
As guys, we might share the moment of the birth of our child. The emotion, the joy, the fear, even subconsiously the pain. But we don't Really Know what it is like to give birth do we? We can only try to imagine what emotions our woman must be feeling during that process.
We can have a pretty good idea about certain things based on what we see and what we are told but unless we really experience those things for ourselves we will never know the half of it.
Be proud you have never taken drugs. Hell! Im not trying to give you a hard time about that, nor am I advocating drug use. I am simply saying that the 'weakness' you refer to shown by those who may have used drugs is the same weakness you have. The same weakness we all have and it can manifest itself in other ways other than drug use.

yeah, It did cross my mind that that was quite an extreme example to use. My eyes were watering just thinking about it. My sister said it was like trying to shit a football.!
Carl...."Life deals you what it does"...
Life doesn't lead someone to their directions. The person knows what's right and wrong...everyone has a mind of their own...though saddly some are more weak-minded than others and choose the wrong path. I am not comparing Kids with users at all...it's just a point I made...that someone was giving full health only to kill it....When a child had no choice and even though smiling and living to their fullest...they still were taken away. That's all I'm saying.
...and I'm not saying or thinking I'm better than anyone else for not drinking or using....cuz that's the way I chose to live my life...I chose my life and the direction I want to go...Life didn't deal me anything I choose the path I wanted to go.
But all in all, we are all entitled to our own opinions so it's no biggie to me. Am I angered here at people for making excuses for usage...NO, not at all. I just feel usage is a waste of time.
Do I know people who use and I hang out with....YES....Do I agree with their choice and watching them waste...NO.
